Shipping and returns

**Processing Order**
We need 1 to 2 business days to process your order before shipping it without delay. The delivery time for European countries will be 15-20 days. For countries such as the USA, Australia, and most South American countries, it will be 15 days.

**Tracking**
After we ship the package, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please track it at http://www.17track.net/ for general information about Express, http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html for EMS information, or http://www.cn.dhl.com/ for DHL information. For the following countries: Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, please choose DHL as the courier service.
Online tracking allows you to track your package at different stages. If you cannot track it, please try again one or two days later, or request assistance from our customer service.

**Return Policy**
Within 14 days (from the day the merchandise is signed for/received), if you request the return of the purchased item, it can be returned and refunded under the following conditions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, which means they should not be used (except for trying), worn, have their plastic removed, damaged, scratched, or manipulated. All returns are at the customer’s expense.
When we receive the returned products intact, we will deduct $20-40 from the shipping and delivery cost for the time we sent it to you, and then we will issue a refund.
Please note that after 14 days we may not issue a refund, but an exchange may be acceptable. Note that refunds do not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by Customs. If that is the case, an exchange may be advisable.

**Exchanges**
Within 14 days (from the day the merchandise is signed for/received), if you find that the products you purchased do not satisfy you, you may return them and replace them under the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, which means they should not be used (except for trying), worn, have their plastic removed, damaged, scratched, or manipulated. All returns are at the customer’s expense.
When we receive the returned products intact, we will replace them with new ones and send them back to you.
As there are shipping and handling costs involved, please understand that we must charge you between $10 and $20 as a shipping and handling fee before we send you the replacement item.
Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustments (if applicable).
Please note that if you wish to replace the item after the guaranteed 14 days, we suggest that you contact us directly for further processing.
